SAMBIZANGA is a populated district in Luanda of Angola where the infrastructure is under-developed. Deemed as a key project by the local government who attempts to restructure the old town, it's constructed for the Ministry of Urban Construction and Housing in Angola, with the government loans obtained from Exim Bank of China and China Development Bank. The project covers highways, water supply, drainage, power supply, communications stations, street lamps as well as the landscape planting. The supporting facilities in the comunity include the administrative office, a police station, a library and a health center. The projected was officially initiated in 2010.
