The NOVA VIDA project is owned by IMOGESTIN SA Company (controlled by Group Sonangol, a parastatal that oversees the petroleum production) in Angola. The “Nova Vida”, also named New Life, is one of the high-grade residential communities with complete infrastructure and assorted supporting facilities in the city. 

Initiated under the personal attention of Angolan President Dos Santos, the project is also the first social welfare housing project since the inauguration of Angola's new cabinet on February 8, 2010.

Hasan International is responsible for the Phase II project of the 51 four-storey apartment buildings (with a covered area of 1,600 square meters for each building) and the construction of all infrastructural facilities. It's officially commenced on March 16, 2010.
