To implement the investment project of H&S in electric power industry in Angola and further improve its industrial structure in Africa, a cooperation agreement was signed between H&S and Sichuan Nanchong Jingta Transformer Co., Ltd. on February 28, 2014.
Through consultations between both parties, the electric power project of H&S in Angola will be located in the H&S base in Angola with investment and construction in integrated electric industrial market such as electric power design, installation, test, development & manufacturing of electric products, electric appliance market and maintenance service, including one production base and various one-stop procurement supermarkets for high/low voltage electric appliances with installation and after-sales service center. With steel structure powerhouse of H&S as main body, the production base is mainly engaged in construction and installation of production line for transformer and high/low voltage complete equipment.
Serving as the leading factory in producing power transformer in Sichuan, Sichuan Nanchong Jingta Transformer Co., Ltd (former Sichuan Nanchong Transformer Factory) was established after overall restructuring by municipal state-owned enterprise. Founded in 1968, the Company enjoys 40-year history in producing transformer with strong technical power, advanced process equipment, complete detection methods and quality management system and was honored with International Certification of ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System. Products in our company are with good-quality and have been honored top quality product in quality test for transformer industry by Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision over the past few years. With the title of “Sichuan Good-quality Product”, Sichuan Nanchong Jingta Transformer Co., Ltd is the first batch of recommended enterprises for national urban and rural power grids construction and transformation issued by State Economic and Trade Commission.
