The meeting lasted for four days, focusing on
2013 work report and 2014 work plan, President Zheng Gang gave an annual work
report. First,
President Zheng Gang,on
behalf of Group, expressed his warmest congratulations on official
establishment of Hasan International. In
addition, he reported that the medium and long-term objectives determined by
the Group shall be preserved. In recent two or three years, the developing
emphasis shall be stressed on engineering construction and trade logistics and
real estate development, so as to build the Hasan Group into investment
management-and-control enterprise in a long run !
Zheng Wenwu, Vice President of Group, extended
his congratulations on the opening of annual meeting in his letter in Angola.
He hoped that everyone shall make concerted efforts to solve the existing
problems in the new year and was full of confidence in future development of
Group.
During the meeting, Wu Xinwu, Vice President,
gave a report on investment development planning of Group, followed by Li Hua,
Vice President of Group and Regional President of Hasan International in
Angola, on overall operation planning in Angola in 2014, Bi Xiyang,
Vice-President of Finance, on financial reports and Liao Zhiqiang, Director of
Ministry of Audit, on internal control planning of Group. Those reports sorted
out the thoughts of management and control in the future and development
direction, having great significances in management improvement and further
enhancement of performance.
Furthermore, in order to realize the
standardized management of Group and change the idea of management, the
external specialists were invited by the Group to give lectures on
establishment of internal control system, corporation financing and listing as
well as strategy and execution.
The annual meeting ended with a round of warm
applause and all the attendees got much from it, having clear directions for
individuals and teams. It
is believed that Hasan Group will achieve leap-forward development, under the
guidance of development strategy, common values and joint efforts of all staffs.
