On February 4, 2014, commencement ceremony for CAXITO Municipal Reformation Project in Caxito of H&S was held in Caxito, Bengo. Many leaders such as Minister of Ministry of Construction of Angola, Provincial Governor of Bengo, Zheng Wenwu (General Manager of H&S) and Representative of DAR Supervision Company attended the ceremony and signed the Order of Project Commencement.
